Founded by Tsholofelo Monageng — a village-born visionary servant leader, entrepreneur, Certified Life & Business Coach, Skills Development Specialist, and Chief Administrator Officer within Traditional Leadership — EXORDIUM was born out of lived experience.
After successfully building a multimillion-rand company, Tsholofelo faced the harsh economic realities of COVID-19, leading to business closure. But from that challenge, a greater mission was born — to rebuild with deeper purpose: committed to empower others, especially youth, women, and rural communities with the tools, mindset, and skills to thrive.
With over 15 years of experience spanning grassroots advocacy, corporate management, informal economy development, and traditional governance, Tsholofelo created EXORDIUM as a mission-in-motion — to unlock the potential of rural communities and transform traditional institutions into engines of growth and emancipation.
