Founded by Tsholofelo Monageng, a dynamic coach, business strategist, and Traditional Governance Advisor, EXORDIUM emerged from the urgent need to bridge the gap between unemployment and opportunity. We provide accredited training, leadership coaching, and community empowerment initiatives — particularly in under-resourced villages led by traditional authorities.
